Returns & Exchanges

At Cellumove New Drops, we want you to be fully satisfied with your latest fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
